[PVRCNC] logging help..data input from paperlog to computer log

Does anyone have any easy method to take data from paperlogs and input it in 
either CT or DX4WIN?  I have 10 logbooks I would like to put in my computer 
log but am hoping there is some easier way to input data then merely being stuck 
w/ the logging programs format.
