[PVRCNC] CQ IBM PC repair

Guys,

Looking for a place in Raleigh to repair XYL's THINKPAD 600 laptop.

Keeps loosing date/time.  Am able to restart by manually setting
date/time and going F1 startup route.
Once system is up does pass the canned diagnostic tests.

Replaced CMOS battery.  Still same problem.

Called IBM and they gave me some phone numbers or repair places. 
Called a few.  Got the impression that they didn't do much IBM
repair.  Looking for somewhere that does lots of IBM repairs.

By the way, PC Murphy hasn't been kind lately.  Boot disk failures on
main machine's hard disk.  Thank goodness for Staples $50/40 GB
harddisk special.  The MAXTOR CD-ROM made reinstallation/copy of old
disk contents painless.  Sure a far cry from the last time had to do
this.
