[PVRCNC] New ARRL "sections"

How about if every station could be worked a second time after 7am EST
Sunday. That would force people to divide their time carefully between
Saturday and Sunday. Multipliers still accumulate the entire contest.

Would also turn Sunday into a free-for-all as every station becomes
fresh meat for Sunday.

Would turn Saturday afternoon into urgent time for coast-to-coast on
highbands, because working them Sunday is the time for the SECOND
wave.

Would also create a single day 12 out of 15 class for those who
couldn't do the entire test. Start the 15 hours anytime with the first
QSO, and work 12 hours out of the next 15. If someone starts the 15
hours late, the 7am Sunday rollover still applies. Would be some
thinking to see when to start the 15 hours to max out.

The various contesting programs would still work, whether updated or
not, just start it over at 7am. Then do the mults later. Usually by
the first 15 hours there's a very short list of missing mults. Easily
tracked.

Maybe just try it on CW to start.
