[PVRCNC] PVRC BULK QSL OUTGOING

KU9C has
kindly agreed to handle outgoing PVRC BULK QSL mailings. at a fraction
of

the ARRL rates.



Pls note that --

1) This is a BULK service. As such it may only mailout a couple times a
year.

2) Steve is trying to break even. This means if you direct ship
DL/JA/etc and then send

     the more rare calls to Steve he may not be able to continue the
service to PVRC.

Howard, I can do the job....lets make it 4.50 per
pound if u don't mind...that way I'll make sure I
break even....My 'cost' is somewhere between 425 and
450..

If interested, have the folks send to my callbook
address...if the box is big, and they can convince the
post that it's printed matter...there is a cheaper
rate.......to send to me.
