[PVRCNC] air mail envelope order

Guys,

I'm about to order some more air mail envelopes for SASE's.  The cost
$4.50 per 25 for both the outer or inner (return) envelopes.  However,
the shipping rate is $7.50 regardless of how many packs are ordered.

Ordering 25 of each type would cost ($4.50 + $4.50 + $7.50) $16.00 or
$.64 per QSL (cover + qsl).  This could be reduced to $.51 by ordering
50 of each and 
$.43 per QSL by ordering 100. 

I'd be glad to put in a joint order if you're interested.
