[PVRCNC] Meeting location change?

Hmm, the KO7X suggestion of bimonthly 'offical' meetings would seem to open
things up for a variety of unofficial ones like Will's. I'm liking this a lot.
For those of us that like the idea of more meeting opportunities better than
less, we could naturally respond by filling in the gaps, especially that long
one in the summer.
