Jim,
Thanks for the update. Unless the (regulations) have changed, the IRC's
that don't have a stamp in the left-hand corner are also redeemable. I've
got a lot of the ones with no stamp and I've turned in quite a few of those
in the past!
Pleased to see that we are getting to the truth of the matter with IRC's and
not having to accept subjective USPS anecdotes about what's good and what
ain't!
