[PVRCNC] Rohn 45 cheap

For that price you can afford a lot of the phosphoric acid stuff that 
neutralizes rust. Also, I have a gallon of commercial quality cold galvanize 
(in quart cans) that I would part with for a decent price if anybody is 
interested in going after this "15-20% rust covered" tower and rehabilitating
it.
