A big welcome to KR4LO who is joining the NC reflector.

Bill lives down my way- except he is RIGHT on the water (with about 2 
boats & one yacht docked at the QTH).

An ex-IBMer from Fishkill, Bill is retired on 34 acres down here and 
sports V beams on 4 compass
headings. Sounds rough, trying to send with all that nasty SALT WATER in 
the way-hi.

Bill is fairly new to contesting, but placed something like #4 in NC in 
the last ARRLDX SSB..

Bill, I, and maybe K7GM look forward to making it up for RARS-fest.for 
his first meeting. Bill
has made previous RARSfests but missed our booth. I will see that d/n 
happen again !
