[PVRCNC] cut numbers

        I would far rather have cut numbers than some of 
the pathetic code that is sent for full numbers.  When
the guy gives you ---... and then repeats it when you ask
for it again, what do you log?  I log it as an 8 and hope
for the best.  This reminds me why I'm NOT looking forward
to the ARRL CW and WPX CW where you have to get the number
in addition to the call right!

        BTW, N4JA mentioned to me that he would be at your
meeting tomorrow!  Sorry I can't make it.
