[PVRCNC] Check those guys

Yesterday, I visited a ham about 4 miles from here.

He had some "strange" damage.  On top of a 70' Rohn tower is a 15'
boom 2 meter antenna only.  It now looks like a horizontal V (not
vertical V).  Definitely not ice damage!

He couldn't figure out how this happened.

It turns out he had a large branch (about 4" diameter) laying next to
one set of guys.  Apparently, it had hit the guys on the way down and
caused the observed whiplash damage.  A look up the tower showed some
strange wiggles.

All his guys were quite loose.  The tension could not be taken up by
rescrewing the turnbuckles.  He uses screw in anchors.  Apparently,
they pulled out some.

Soooo, check those guys, guys,  if there is debris around any of them.
