You can still find them on ebay. Just type in the search box 'PRO-2005' or
'PRO-2006'.   or .........

 I remember using a few LED's to back light my display when it went out the 2nd time. I replaced it with the flat fluorescent material the first time and it lasted a few more years. It was a tight fit with the LED's but they came out looking great and still work to this day (many years later). You might have to add a resistor or 2 depending on what LED's you find to use. I got mine from the "rat shack" way back when.  Good Luck & Happy Trails....................Jack
