[Pro2006] Software Library for Opto456

Sure I will keep, you email address around. Right now, I am working on
cleaning up the library. I havent used the scanner in ages, and recently
started to write the com library. I pretty much have it done. If you are a
Dot net programmer and want the library let me know. I will be building
out a simple app to control the radio, then look to build out a scanner
app.
