Actually if you do a google search for Pro-Turbo it comes up as the second item.

Amazing that it is that high in there lists.

It hasn't been updated in a few years as you will see, but not much has changed
with the program,  we have taken it as far as we can.
It does work with XP as I am using it now, it will also work with some USB to
SERIAL convertors as I used to use it on a USB hub that had 2 serial ports on
it.
