[Pro2006] Bill Cheeks CE/HB-232 interface

I have three Pro-2006's and a Pro-2004. One of the 6's and the 4 I have
modified for 6,400 channels as well as other Bill Cheek mods such as signal
meter, birdie-bye, tape rec. switch, tone squelch, SCA adaptor, and others.
I did buy the CE/HB-232 interface kit from Bill shortly before he became
sick. Unfortunately I never assembled it. Still sitting in a box with all
the parts. I got married and changed jobs shortly after buying the CE-232
and never got my electronics bench set back up to the point I can work on
it. Maybe when I retire :-)

My 2004 quit working a while back. I'm going to have to disassemble it and
go over all of the solder joints someday. It's a shame because as far as
ergonomics go, I don't think a better scanner has ever been made as far as
ease of gliding over the keypad and programming it. Nice tactile feel to
the keyboard and the metal case was great for shielding.
