Greg,

You can highlight multiple records using your space bar and shift. Then 
you
can hit the appropriate F-key to bring up the options such as delete, 
copy,
paste etc. Then you can move them within the group/banks or send to a 
different
group/bank. It's all in the Probe manual.

I've been using Probe 7.0 for years with:

Pro-2005/OS-456 Opto board
Pro-2006/OS-456 Opto board
Pro-2042/OS-535 Opto board
