[Pro2006] Help editing a PROBE file

I need some help.
I have a rather large PROBE file that I want to delete quite a number
of records in. I also want to sort the remaining freqs and
renumber the bank assignments. The amount of records I want to keep is
rather substantial, therefore I would rather not re-enter all that
data into a new group.
Deleting the records one at a time from within PROBE would also be
very time consuming.
