It should work if you simple copy everything and then delete
config.cfg and config.cdx in the new folder. Then start Probe,
goto Utilities and do Purge Deleted Records and Reindex Active
Files.

Works everytime for me. The snag is that you'll need to
reconfigure everything. But I haven't found any other way to do it.
