[Pro2006] PRO 2005 v PRO 2006

There are actually quite a few differences, and a lot of them deal with the
squelch action.  The 2005 scans somewhat slower, also.  All of the
differences are outlined in Bill Cheek's writings which I don't have
immediate access to.  Most of the differences wouldn't be noticeable to the
casual scannist.
