Dart,
While I have 2- 2006's, 1- 2005 and a 2042 all with Optoelectronics
Optoscan computer interface boards (which is the best you can do with
conventional) the latest and greatest right now is the Uniden Bearcat
BC-780XLT. It will trunktrack almost all TRS's and gives you what scannists
have wanted for years. Alpha numeric display and computer programming
capability out of the box. If you have any digital Apco project 25 systems in
your area the BC-785D and BC-250D Trunktracker will be out in a few months.
They will be able to decode Apco P-25 digital trunked and non-trunked
