The Trunker (and E-Trunker for EDACS) are free software that you can
download from

http://www.trunkedradio.net/digital/download.htm

There is also one called Treport that will give you a lot of information on
a trunking system but doesn't support a second scanner for listening. You
can find a link to that home page near the bottom of the link I gave you
above.
