[Pro2006] help with 2006 /opto

Hello guys,  I have a pro 2026 with opto (full) and i use the probe v7.0 =
version. I'm getting active freqs. in the 800MHz but dont hear anything. =
 I would like to setup my scanner to be able to trunk and decode =
signals.  I have a data slicer and i'm about to do the discriminator tap =
mod. Is this going to help me at all in being able to listen to trunked =
freqs. Is there anything I can do.
I have been around not too long to be considered a professional but also =
not a newbie.
My goal here is to be able to listen to trunked freqs.=20
