[Pro2006] Modifcations for disc. tap

I had placed a set of pictures and information on doing a discriminator tap
for the Pro-93 on my website. Someone asked for the same information for the
Pro-2053 (in particular a ground location) so I just added a discriminator
tap to a Pro-2053 and added the pictures and information for that. I also
have some modifications for the Pro-2006 that I added.
