No, I have the pin set to DSR and have tried both normal and invert in the
set up file. The @ doesn't flash or spin at all, it just sits there doing nothing
I have tired all the pin and normal/inverted combo and the same thing, nothing.
I put a break out box in line to make sure I was getting communications and found.
Note I used the spicer utility and watched as I turned the break out box switches
on and off (breaking the line) to make sure it was changing the display and it did
as I shut down DTR, then CD (CTS) and other lines so that seems to be working, I
just can't get it to give me anything in Trunker. I have a good, strong MOT control
channel and according to the docs with the slicer utility, all looks fine and looks like
it should be decoding.
My findings with the break out box (first set when running Windows 98)
Computer Off, Slicer on, No audio feed
-- 6 & 8 (DSR & CD) lights on green
Computer off, Slicer on, Audio feed from MOT system
- 6 & 8 strobe (red and green)
Computer on, Slicer on, Audio feed from MOT system, Trunker software not running
- 6 & 8 strobe plus 2 & 4 & 20 lights on green (TD & RST & DTR)
Computer on, Slicer on, Audio feed from MOT system, Trunker software running
- 6 & 8 strobe plus 2 & 20 lights on green and 4 turns from green to red (steady red on)
* These are from restart in DOS mode
Computer on, Slicer on, Audio feed from MOT system, Trunker software not running
- 6 & 8 strobe plus 2 & 20 lights on green and 4 turns from green to red (steady red on)
but note as I started in the DOS mode 20 flashed from green to red but went back to green
