[Pro2006] Getting close

Hello Mike,
try changing to "TRACKSLICERPIN=DSR"
Not sure if TRACKSCANBAUD-19200 line is needed. I don't have it in my
TRACKENV.TXT file.

Here is my for Culver City Calif.
