[Pro2006] Base Scanner anatenna

Any one have any experience or information
on either of these two antennas? I am looking
for something with more gain than a discone
and need a good performing antenna. Any comments
about performance compared to a good discone
or other ideas would be appreciated.

I have been trying a number of antennas including
the Icom discone with low band whip, Hustler discone,
the scanantenna (like the radio shack), a couple of
small beams.

I have found a great 800-900 beam but the rest of the
antennas have not performed as well as I would like, 
actually my dual band (2 meter / 70cm) diamond vertical
does better in the vhf high and uhf range than any of
the ones I have tried.

Ran into these two on the net and wondering if anyone has
tired them?
