[Pro2006] Back Light Replacement

I have a 2006 I bought with the back light that Only works with the
Dimmer Switch
pushed in. It only shows a Dim display.
Is this due to a blown back light?
Where can I get a back light to replace to blown one?
Any help and advice on replaceing it would be Very much Appreciated.
