[Pro2006] ScanStar Spectrum Explorer ?'s

Anyone in the group using SSSE that might help me with info on editing
large single group file into smaller chucks / blocks.

I've read the manual and find it unclear.

2006 with Opto OS456 
XP Pro 2.4Ghz running 12 com ports
