[Premium-Rx] [FOR SALE / FAIR VALUE?] Watkins-Johnson WJ-8711 - Advice & Interest

Hello everyone,
I am in the process of downscaling my shack and planning to find a new home
for my Watkins-Johnson WJ-8711.

Technical details:
- Firmware: v03.02.00 - DSP Firmware: v04.02.01
- Board Revision: Early mainboard version featuring the PCB-mounted lithium
coin battery (not the later Dallas NVRAM module).
- Front Panel: Equipped with the original flat front-panel buttons (which I
personally find much higher quality and far less cheap-feeling than the
later concave plastic ones).
- Condition: Fully operational, fair cosmetic condition.
Please note IT IS MISSING THE TOP COVER.

I've been monitoring eBay listings for a while, but the asking prices there
seem completely unrealistic and out of touch with market reality.
Since I want to set a fair and reasonable price -- giving priority to
members of this group -- I would really appreciate your advice on its
realistic value in today's market given its current condition.

Any feedback, suggestions or direct interest (off-list if preferred) are
welcome.
