[Premium-Rx] Need advice re WJ-HF1000

I have an excellent WJ-HF1000 receiver that has two problems that I need parts to repair.
1.  The KHz keypad button cover is missing.  My buttons have a horizontal curvature for the finger indention.  The "innerds" of the button switch is okay and works fine, but the curved button cover with the KHz inscribed is missing.  I bought a complete set of non-curved button covers but they don't fit.
2.  The S-meter lamp is burned out.  I had a green one that looked really nice, but a white one would be okay.  I have not been able to find a single lamp that I can buy.  All I have found are out of stock with very long delays.
Is there anyone who could supply these two needed items?I would really appreciate some help.
