[Premium-Rx] Question: Ten-Tec RX-340

Sorta as a tag along question, I am trying to recall that there is a 
'drag' feature associated with the 340 tuning knob wherein the amount of 
freedom or torque required can be adjusted.  Am i wrong that the 340 has 
this ability.
