[Premium-Rx] R&S EK896 Modulation mode activation

Hello all,

 I have been trying to reach the different modulation modes in this receiver, mine has the firmware V.3 installed and is the 6038.2309. 12 version according the front plate.
The problem I have is that I am not able to go to the modulation mode menu 5  LL modes, when I reach menu 4 ( ILSB and IUSB) it goes to menu 2 again in a loop.

Any parameter could be altered, I know that a battery back up is in the processor module. Could be discharged and cause this?

According to the manual basic setting can be altered  but I do not know how to enter the commands. I suppose that a service kit is needed.

The "Data Link" option I do not know if is a plug-in module or software

Please, I will be very grateful if somebody could throw some light about this issue before doing nothing.
