[Premium-Rx] Sp600 recap kit

Except for the dangerous failure modes exhibited by tantalum capacitors, 
I am skeptical of recapping anything but the electrolytic capacitors in 
the power supply lines.  Even then my ESR meter (Effective Series 
Resistance) only occasionally shows problems with modern but older 
electrolytics.

I think the total recapping fad arose from audio purists who imagine 
their ears can sample sound like a fine wine.
