[Premium-Rx] Taking another shot: Norlin SR-2091

Hi Everybody,

Haven't been around in ages.
I'm still looking for info on the Norlin SR-2091.
I think the first and  the only time it was powered on, the display was
fully operational and the received signal was off (granted I was using a
Radio Shack whip).
