[Premium-Rx] Looking for a part for a WJ-HF1000

I recently bought a WJ-HF1000 and the shaft of the bandwidth control encoder was broken off in shipment.  It appears to be damaged beyond reasonable repair.  This appears to be a somewhat unobtainium part---ECT1D-C24-GC0024.  This is U21 on  the A1A1 parts list.

Does anyone have one of these critters, or a lead on where I might find one?
I would be interested in getting a parts version of the panel PCB (A1A1) with this part on it so I could salvage it, if that turns out to be the only source.
Incidentally, I have a new spare of the big knob tuning encoder( part HRPG-A-SCA-19F)  which I would gladly exchange for the one I need, if anyone is interested.
