[Premium-Rx] Any Elmer R-1022/N info?

I am trying to evaluate a friend’s Elmer R-1022/N HF receiver, which will
not power on even though I am able to get it into standby mode on the front
panel. No blown fuses, but I haven’t been able to locate any docs or
individuals who are familiar with the 1022/N.

Does anyone on the list have any experience with this?
