[Premium-Rx] Tantalums and ceramic beads

The ceramic beads are there to hold the cap off the board for wave soldering
(or even hand soldering) applications.

Sometimes dipped tantalums have epoxy that migrates down the lead. If this
part of the lead gets into the hole on the pcb the solder joint could be
compromised. The beads hold the part up far enough so only the lead is in
the hole promoting a good solder joint.
