[Premium-Rx] Updated Karski estate WJ list available

Just to be clear:

The prices on the more desirable stuff on the list are temporarily not 
negotiable because the family want to put an eye catching spread on the 
tables at the Dayton Hamvention.  Dennis Karski was a perennial presence 
at Dayton.  They want to celebrate him with a nice showing that attracts 
a lot of old friends and customers for reminiscing.

But once Dayton gets underway, the goal is to start wrapping up the 
dispersal of his estate.
