[Premium-Rx] WJ-8712P PRESELECTOR FIRMWARE OPTION CONTROL EPROM

Greetings to List Members,
A friend, who is on this list, has asked me if he can upgrade his WJ-8712P to accommodate a (PRE) Preselector Option unit that he has been offered.But, on checking the receiver, the Control Firmware version is only 01.00.01 which does not support the PRE Option. Were any of the few 8712Ps produced ever supplied with a PRE Option ?I just wondered if anyone could assist in supplying a copy of the later Control Firmware that will work the Preselector.Thanks for reading, stay safe and please reply off list.
