[Premium-Rx] Harris RF-550 / 553 Maintenance

Gentleman;

I own a pair of RF-550s , both fitted with option RF-583 (a frequency 
selection key board instead of thumbweel switches).

I have the RF-550 manual but not the circuit for this option board.

One of this boards needs to be repaired. Mostly CMOS ICs.

Does anyone have this circuit diagram or manual to share?
