[Premium-Rx] FS: RACAL RA-1792

RA-1792 Mark VI -- this was the last of production for the 1792. This 
receiver
was obtained from a silent key about 3 years ago.  It has had the ISB 
card and
F-RAM purchased from Phill Simmons in the UK and installed by Gary Wingerd.
It's in wonderful cosmetic shape, front panel clean, backlight 
upgraded.   One issue
that I have never been able to troubleshoot -- after about an hour, the 
filters start playing
games, switching values with each other.  I would like to keep this 
receiver, but it's on
the outgoing list so my loss is your gain.  Looking for U.S. $1200.
