[Premium-Rx] Files on repairing Watkins-Johnson 8615 power supply

I checked the meta data on the WJ-8615 files and it simply says 
"Jacques."  Then I noticed one of the files is title "Régulateur" even 
though it is in English.  So it appears to be someone in France.
