[Premium-Rx] California Microwave CMR-7220 VHF/UHF Receiver

Hello,
I am still looking for a manual of a California Microwave CMR-7220 VHF/UHF Receiver.
I was able to switch in on once for a few seconds and got some signs of live on the LED display but now it will no longer turn on.
The power supply is suspicious. It shows some work in the past. Obviously somebody already had his fingers in it.

Any help appreciated.
