[Premium-Rx] Issues with Racal 3791

Hi Ed --

Mine does not display all zeroes, but the LOCK will appear if the REM button is pressed. Pressing REM again, then pressing TUNE+ or TUNE- will restore normal operation.

Unable to tune at all. Freq displays 0.000 and there is a "Lock" indicator below the S meter. 

Read through the manual but does not give any info on "restore defaults."

Any assistance would be appreciated. BTW. Looked at all menu options and BITE passed with no faults.
