[Premium-Rx] E1800A fraudulent

This must be the same scam artist that has been posting this receiver
on Ebay.   Whenever these appear, I report them immediately to Ebay
which has been doing a bit better job at taking them down quickly, but
this guy still manages to repost under different IDs...
