[Premium-Rx] Harris RF-590 BITE Test Problem Solved

I wanted to let everyone know that I appreciated the responses to my question concerning the BITE error.  Frankly, I was unaware that the BITE test was so specific on this receiver.  I thought that the test may point to a problem board, but didn't realize that it would be detailed enough to recognize a specific operational issue within the receiver.  The RF-590 BITE is amazing in this regard and surpasses the more general BITE tests that I am familiar with as found on the other premium receivers that I have encountered.  Anyway, the problem was specific with the "line audio" which greatly narrowed down the issue and pointed to a couple of possible solutions.  A friend sent along an email to me and mentioned to adjust the trimmer pots located in the recessed holes beneath the s-meter.  When this was done, the fault disappeared and now the BITE test is perfect.  Now if only my other equipment issues could so easily be solved!
