Those are NTC thermistors, generally known as "inrush current limiters." 
  They are almost certainly GE/Amphenol CL-Series parts, either CL-190 
or CL-200.  The CL-190 is rated for steady-state currents of 0.5-2.4A, 
while the CL-200 is rated for steady-state currents of 0.4-1.7A.

Whichever the originals were, I'd be inclined to replace them with CL-190s.
