The MSK5030 is not an LF receiver. Some versions do have an internal LF
preamp but basically they are an external add-on unit intended to be fed
with a (nominal) 1kHz audio tone from a separate receiver. It will then
perform demodulation/demultiplexing to STANAG5030 specifications. If the
data is not encrypted then you can read it. Tune around 15-25kHz for
starters.
