[Premium-Rx] Improvements on IC-R9500

The IC-R9500 is a treasure and everything must be done to preserve it
It is difficult to find internal improvements to make so this receiver looks perfect

However here are two possible improvements that will allow it not to make its components suffer from its internal heat and also allow it to slow down the aging of its LCD

Improvements:
1) supply the IC-R9500 with 12v rather than AC .. the internal AC supply will no longer heat up and the fan will definitely stop

2) connect an external monitor (don't forget to activate it in the menu) and set the DIMMER to minimum to preserve the LCD screen
