[Premium-Rx] Help on RA-3791

Hi Dan --

I have a 3791.  I haven't used it in a while, but after seeing your post, I powered it up to have a look.  Mine displays LOCK in the lower right corner of the center display at power-up. Then, when I enter a frequency, the LOCK remains, but changes to FAST , MEDIUM, or VARIABLE upon pushing the TUNE+ or TUNE- button, at which point the frequency can be changed with the tuning knob.
